Controlled founder pilot

Recover overlooked revenue.

kwakkwak helps local service shops see which regulars should have returned, what that gap may be worth, and where an owner-approved recovery effort deserves attention.

Invite and demo only. One-time $499 for 30 days. No automatic renewal. SMS is limited to separately consented pilot participants; client-customer messaging requires separate approval.

Owner review

Analysis first. Outreach requires separate consent evidence and runtime approval.

30-day validation

Evidence before subscription.

The pilot is built to answer one question: is there enough observed recovery value to justify continuing?

1

Stage the history

We privately stage a reviewed CSV or spreadsheet export from your booking platform.

2

Find the gaps

kwakkwak models return patterns and surfaces customers who are past their normal window.

3

Review the recovery list

You inspect the evidence, priority, and recommended owner action before outreach is considered.

4

Validate the value

We record outcomes for 30 days and decide together whether a recurring service is warranted.

Current onboarding

Private imports or an owner-authorized Square connection.

Founder onboarding uses privately staged CSV exports. A read-only Square connection is available only after controlled activation and the shop owner's authorization. Other booking platforms use assisted exports while live access is evaluated.

Consent is evidence, not a checkbox

A phone export alone is not permission.

Shop-owned Twilio messaging requires retained shop-specific SMS consent for the relevant subject matter, no later opt-out or suppression, registered messaging, owner approval, and every runtime gate. Owner attestation records responsibility but never creates customer consent.
